Photography Copyright Clause – Group Images

Photographs that include individuals from different families (i.e. non-sibling group shots) can only be ordered if all families represented in the image confirm the exact same family and friends photo. This is to ensure that all parties involved are granting mutual consent for the release of the same images and the associated digital copyright. It is up to the individuals involved who pays for the photo.

In accordance with child protection and data privacy standards, we are unable to release digital images featuring any student to a third party without explicit permission. By each family and friends group requesting the same group photos, you are confirming your consent for the images — and their associated copyright — to be shared with all other parties in the photos.

Please note:

Your photo will be provided as a single image, sent via email as a digital download. This includes copyright permission for you to use the image as you wish. By using digital downloads, we aim to reduce waste caused by pre-printed photos that often go unsold.

Our photographer will take three identical shots to ensure the best possible result (to avoid closed eyes, etc.).

We will select the best image to send – individual photo selection will not be available.

If you are not satisfied with the photo due to quality issues (such as closed eyes or a technical fault where the subject is not clearly visible), we will be happy to offer a full refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send out stage shots to individuals, as these images often include other students, and we must respect their privacy.
